Make Your Product Feed (CSV)

Download a blank CSV template, fill it in Excel or Google Sheets, then upload it to the SearchFPC Merchant Center. This template is for external ads — shoppers click Visit Seller and complete the purchase on your site.

Open in Excel/Sheets, paste your products, Save as CSV, then upload in Merchant Center.

Columns (keep this order)

  • Name
  • Short description
  • Description
  • Image (one URL; min 900×900, ideally 1200×1200+)
  • External URL (where customers buy)
  • Button text (e.g., “Visit Seller”)
  • Sale price (numbers only)
  • Regular price (numbers only)
  • Categories (e.g., “Groceries > Drinks”)
  • Tags
  • Brands

Quick rules

  • External URL is required.
  • Prices must be numbers only (no R/$ or commas).
  • Upload your image somewhere first and paste the direct image URL.
  • One row per product.

WooCommerce Exporter (Plugin)

For Woo stores: install this plugin to export a ready-made SearchFPC feed in one click. Best for catalogs with many products.

Download Woo Exporter (ZIP)

Save the ZIP. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the ZIP → Install → Activate.

Before you export (per product)

  • Product type: set to External/Affiliate.
  • External URL: paste the product page on your own site/marketplace (where the purchase happens).
  • Button text: e.g., Visit Seller or Visit [Your Store Name].
  • Price: enter sale/regular price (numbers only; currency handled in settings).
  • Image: set the featured image (min 900×900, ideally 1200×1200+).
  • Optional: categories, tags, brand (attribute like pa_brand).

How the plugin works

  1. Go to WooCommerce → SellFPC Export.
  2. Set defaults once: Currency (ZAR/USD), Availability (in_stock), Condition (new), Brand attribute (e.g., pa_brand).
  3. Click Generate Feed CSV — it downloads with the correct columns in order.

What gets exported

  • One row per product/variation (external ads work best).
  • Fields: id, title, description, price, currency, availability, condition, brand, image_link, product_url, category, gtin, mpn, sale_price.
  • On SearchFPC, the ad shows a Visit Seller button that links to your External URL.

What Are Search FPC Product Ads?


Search FPC (Free-Per-Click) Product Ads are Free listings that let businesses showcase products with an image, title, and description. Unlike Pay-Per-Click (PPC), there are no costs per click — ads stay visible without ongoing payments. 

Shoppers who click an ad are sent directly to the seller’s website or marketplace (e.g., eBay, Etsy, or their own store) to complete the purchase. Advertisers can link both their own site and marketplace listings to maximize reach. 

Because Search FPC is part of a federated network, ads may also appear across partner platforms at no extra cost.
